Who are eligible?
Students finishing Grade 10 by March 2017 are eligible to be part of the SHS VP.
If a student finishes in a public school, he/she is automatically a Voucher Program Beneficiary. The same is true for Grade 10 students in private schools who are part of the Education Service Contracting (ESC) program of the Department of Education.
Students who are not pre-qualified as beneficiaries need to undergo an application and screening process.
