The September 2017 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) results will be posted here once released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Thousands of aspiring medical doctors took the first part of the board exam over the weekend. The second part will be taken on September 16-17, 2017.
The highly-anticipated results that will be released will include the list of successful examinees or list of passers, the top 10 examinees who garnered the highest scores, the top performing school and the performances of each medical school.
The schedule of oathtaking will also be announced.

About the Physician Licensure Examination
The PLE is given twice a year, usually on March and Septemberm by the Professional Regulatory Board of Medicine. The examinees are tested on their knowledge on biochemistry, anatomy, histology, microbiology, parasitology, physiology, legal medicine, medical ethics and jurisprudence, pathology, pharmacology and therapeutics, surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology and rhinology, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and nutrition, and preventive medicine and public health.
It is conducted at several testing centers in the Philippines. The September 2017 PLE was conducted in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu and Davao.
