Selected banks will have operations on April 13 (Maundy Thursday) and April 14 (Good Friday). Some airport-located banks are also open on Black Saturday and Easter Sunday.
Banco De Oro (BDO) Unibank, Inc. and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) have previously announced that all of its branches will be closed on April 13-18. Regular banking schedule resumes on April 17, Monday.
Meanwhile, Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. (Metrobank) announced that its 44 selected branches will have limited banking activities on April 13, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon. Further, 18 Metrobank branches will have operations on April 15, Black Saturday, and seven branches are open on April 16, Easter Sunday.
Below is the list of Metrobank branches that are open during the Holy Week:
Philippine National Bank (PNB), in the meantime, said its NAIA Terminals 1, 2 and 3 branches are open on April 13 only. All its branches will be closed on April 14.
Select PNB branches, however will be open on Black Saturday. These are branches in:
- NAIA Terminals 1, 2 and 3;
- Tacloban City-Rizal Avenue;
- KCC Mall de Zamboanga; and
- KCC Mall-Gen. Santos.
Except for its Tacloban City-Rizal Avenue branch, the bank said that the aforementioned branches will also be operational on Easter Sunday.
All EastWest stores, in the meantime, will be closed on Maundy Thursday, April 13 and Good Friday, April 14.
Selected mall-based stores, however, will be open on Black Saturday, April 15 while all Sunday banking stores will be open on Easter Sunday, April 16.

EastWest also announced that its over 500 ATMs nationwide will also be operational round-the-clock, as well as its credit, debit and prepaid cards for payment purposes. Moreover, clients may also check their balances, pay bills and transfer funds 24/7 through EastWest Online.
Regular banking operations will resume on Monday, April 17.
