Manila – Class suspension June 7 2018 was announced anew just few days after classes in public schools started.
Some local government units announced class suspension on Thursday due to Tropical Depression (TD) Domeng.
TD Domeng continues to bring rains in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon as it continues to move north. Flooding is observed in some areas.
LGUs were prompted to suspend classes in affected areas due to the continuous downpour and flooding.
Class suspension on June 7 (Thursday) were announced in the following areas:
- Quezon City – pre-school to elementary level, public and private
- Cainta, Rizal – all levels, public and private
- Taytay, Rizal – all levels, public and private
