Manila, Philippines – The Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences has named the winners for its annual awards during the “Gabi ng Parangal” held at The Theatre at Solaire on Sunday.
Now on its 66th year, the FAMAS Awards has been recognizing Filipino cinematic ingenuity since 1952. An independent jury composed of movie practitioners, academicians and critics chooses the winner for each category.

Male Face of the Night – JC Santos
Female Face of the Night – Maxx Eigenmann

Best Documentary Film – “Yield”
Best Visual Effects – Iar Arondaing (Instalado)
