The Malacañang Palace announced suspension work in executive branches and classes in Metro Manila on June 11, 2018, Monday.
The Office of the Executive Secretary said classes and work in the executive branch will be suspended starting 3 pm. due to inclement weather condition due to southwest monsoon or hanging habagat.
Flooding was observed in larger part of Metro Manila and nearby provinces as Habagat continues to dampen the region.
Work in government agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness, and other vital services shall continue with their operations, Palace said.
