Manila, Philippines – Select local government units (LGUs) have announced class suspensions on July 20, 2018, Friday due to bad weather and flooding brought abour by tropical depression Inday.

As per Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Inday will continue to bring rains until Friday, over parts of Luzon including Metro Manila. The weather disturbance also enhances the southwest monsoon, further resulting to occasional heavy downpour.

As part of disaster preparedness, select LGUs announced class cancelations to ensure safety of students.
