Manila, Philippines – Classes are suspended anew on Tuesday, July 24, due to nonstop heavy downpour and flooding in some areas.
Select cities and provinces in Luzon have been placed under state of calamities due to massive flooding brought about by week-long monsoon rains enhanced by bagyong Henry, Inday and the recently departed tropical depression Josie.
Local government units (LGUs) have also declared suspension of classes for Tuesday as some of its respective areas are still submerged in flood.
