Manila, Philippines – Some parts of Visayas and Luzon is anticipated to experience heavy downpour resulting to flooding on Friday.
The continuous heavy rains as per forecast of PAGASA has prompted other local government units to suspend classes and work for August 3.

The following areas have announced class suspensions on August 3, 2018:
All Levels, Public and Private
- Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
- Atimonan, Quezon
- Sibalom, Antique
- Libertad, Antique
- San Jose de Buenavista, Antique
- Valderrama, Antique
- Quezon City
Select areas have also announced work suspensions:
- Bacolod City, Negros Occidental – work in local government offices.
Cabuyao, Laguna has also declared class and work suspensions to celebrate its 6th cityhood anniversary.
