Manila, Philippines – Thailand drama series, known as lakorn, are the newest flavor to the Asian novela cravings of Filipino viewers.
After the successful ratings of two lakorns, namely, “You are My Destiny” and “Princess Hours,” which are both remakes of popular Korean series, the Kapuso Network is bringing another original Thai drama comedy series titled “Leh Lub Salub Rarng (LLSR)” (also known as “The Switch”) to Philippine television soon.
Leh Lub Salub Rarng (ล่ห์ลับสลับร่าง) with English translation “Secret Trick While Bodies’ Switch” revolves around two souls who switched bodies due to their past sins. The lakorn stars Thailands most loved love team Nadech Kugimiya and Urassaya Sperbund.
Kugimiya portrays Captain Ramin, an egocentric police officer from a special unit, a certified playboy who looks down on women and cheats on his fiancee. While Sperbund plays as Petra Pawadee, an arrogant, self-centered, and ungrateful superstar. Sinfulness bring these two together to learn integrity, honesty and respect by swapping bodies. They face danger, difficulties and obstacles to gradually improve, share, care and find true love on this incredible journey. Source
